Windsor Weekend Guide: Small Business Saturday and Poetry on the Line

A look at happenings in town from Fri., Nov. 25 - Wed., Nov. 30.

Small Business Saturday

Black Friday has swept the nation by storm, and Cyber Monday has come to do the same. Now Small Business Saturday, which started November 27, 2011, provides an opportunity for consumers to not only take advantage of some great deals, but also support the local economy.

Shoppers are encouraged to shop small, even if it's just one purchase, this Saturday. Windsor residents can get a head start by taking a look at what small businesses are in town in our directory — just search for what you're looking to purchase.
