Windsor Weekend Guide: Live Music, Art Show

A look at events in town from Thurs., Jan. 19 - Thurs., Jan. 26.

Snowshoeing at Northwest Park

Windsor has yet to see its fair share of snow this season, but Northwest Park, which offers a variety of cold-weather activities, is inviting families to take a trip to the park, strap on the snowshoes (provided by the park) and learn all about winter animal signs, snow conditions permitting — a base of six inches is required.

Should a healthy amount of snow fall Friday night, the snowshoeing session will be available between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sat., Jan. 21. The cost is $10 for Windsor residents and $15 for non-residents. Call 285-1886 for more information.
