Nevermind the fact that Windsor High boys and girls basketball will be playing a double-header at home against Manchester squads that should make for a couple of entertaining matchups, the school is set to announce the establishment of the Windsor Athletics Hall of Fame. The announcement will be made during halftime of the boys' game, which tips off at 6 p.m.
