Thursday was a huge musical night in Windsor. The Windsor Art Center kicked things off with an evening of jazz courtesy of the Dave Palla Quartet. A little later, the sounds of the 70's and 80's could be heard from the Town Green where the All-Star Dyn-O-Myte Disco Review were opening up First Town Downtown and the Chamber of Commerce's Concert on the Green series.
Thursday's Concert on the Green was sponsored by ING, and held in memory of the event's former master of ceremonies and ING employee Dan Hanlon.
Paying tribute to Hanlon on Thursday was Windsor Mayor Don Trinks, Councilman Michael McDonald, and State Representatives David Baram, Peggy Sayers and Elaine O'Brien.
