It's A Summer Of Jazz At The Art Center

The Dave Palla Quartet will play the Art Center on Thursday night.

It's not rare for the Windsor Art Center to host a night of music. It's one of the few locations in town where professional musicians from around the country make a stop to entertain.

This summer is no different. The Art Center has scheduled a number of acts for locals to enjoy, but there's a decidedly jazz twist to the acts on the calendar.

The jazz series at the Art Center begins Thursday night when the Dave Palla Quartet will play a show beginning at 6:30 p.m. Featuring Dave Palla on vocals and guitar, the group will play jazz classics from Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis and more. Palla is joined by Dan Scheer on keyboard, and Paul Fuller on bass and Gregg Allen, who plays percussion.
