Entertain your kids during winter break by bringing them to the Historical Society to learn the art of candle dipping. The society will provide different colors and scents to make each candle unique. The society's Hands-On-History Learning Center will also be open where children can try on reproduction colonial clothing, try out a child-sized rope bed or "milk" Flavia the cow. Cookies and juice will be available.
A parent or guardian must remain with the child during the activities. The cost is $5 adults, $4 seniors, $3 children, $2 members or $10 per family.
