Cinco De Mayo Celebration

Grab your maracas and your dancing shoes, it's time to celebrate Cinco De Mayo with the Windsor Arts Center.

The center will hold it's celebration of Mexican heritage on Sunday, May 6 (OK, a day later but it's all good). 

Mariachi band, Fiesta del Norte, will perform traditional Mexican folk and popular music on authentic instruments. Musicians dressed in customary charro outfits interweave songs, translations, storytelling, joyful gritos, and cultural insights. There is a suggested donation of $10 at the door.

has one large open space and two smaller galleries for exhibitions. They are currently booked through 2011 and have already begun booking for 2014. Exhibitions usually involve more than one artist, although under certain circumstances, they will consider a solo show.
