Windsor Families Cast Off At 30th Annual Sheila Schmidt Tourney

The Windsor Jaycees hosted the annual tournament on Friday evening.

Washington Park was full of Windsor families Friday evening during the Windsor Jaycee's 30th annual Sheila Schmidt Fishing Tournament. The tournament's namesake was Windsor's first special education instructor and coordinator.
