Video: Youth Services Bureau Fosters Leadership Through Fun

The Windsor Youth Services Bureau held a youth-organized Mardi Gras event on Friday night.

Windsor's youth put their leadership skills to work Friday night, organizing a festive Mardi Gras event at L.P. Wilson. Complete with facepainting, a bounce castle, games and prizes, the community center was transformed into a playground for Windsor's kids.
