New A Lot to Do in Windsor Released

This season's guide to town happenings also includes some valuable information for residents on taxes, the budget and how to get involved.

The town of Windsor has released its Winter 2014 edition of There’s a lot to do in Windsor, featuring a wintry scene from Windsor’s own Dr. Leonard Hellerman.

The seasonal magazine features a bevy of town events for kids, adults and seniors. This season’s edition also features a “citizen’s guide to the Windsor Town Budget.”

Residents won’t have the opportunity to cast a vote in the town’s annual budget referendum until May, but the process is already beginning (Interim Superintendent of Schools Dr. Craig Cooke will reveal his funding proposal for next year during a presentation to the board of education on Jan. 14).
