The possibilities for sharing information through blogs with our communities are endless and likewise the possibilities for one of our town's busiest departments are the same - the library.
As we settle in to our relaxed summer schedules, many families are constantly seeking great sources of constructive activities. And the town library is always a safe bet for a wealth of educational but fun events for kids.
Librarians - what's the best way to let your community know what's happening this summer?
Answer: blogging!
By posting news and information in a Patch blog you are creating an archive of information about your group or organization. When readers come across one of your posts they'll also be directed to your other blog posts.
Patch will also help promote your blog by sharing it in our daily newsletter, featuring it on our homepage, and we'll also share it on our other social media sites.
