A True Feline Love Story

Lenny and Tina are an inseparable pair looking for a permanent home.

Lenny, a beautiful, orange and white 6-year-old domestic shorthaired, was captured in Middletown as a feral cat by Catales.  It was determined by one of Middletown's Animal Control Officers that he could turn his life around and become an indoor only house cat. He was sent to a foster home in Windsor and boy did he prove them right!  He's a little shy at first, but once he knows you, he's your best friend.

When Lenny met Tina, bells rang and it was love at first sight. Nancy, their foster mom says, "I have never seen two cats that are so crazy about each other."

Tina is a sweet 6 year old dilute tortie, who came from the Thompsonville Section of Enfield.  Her owner neglected her, and  she spent several weeks clawing at the door to get back in for food.  By the time she went into foster care, she was bone thin. It took 3 years for Tina to realize that she could trust people to care for her, and she didn't have to wolf down food (which caused her to pack on the pounds), not knowing when her next meal would be.  She finally came around.

Tina lost all the excess weight she gained, because the vet saw her curvy figure and referred to her as a "couch potato."

Lenny and Tina are true feline soulmates. They would love to remain together. Both are spayed/neutered and up to date on their vaccinations.  Their adoption fee is $95/each.
