Windsor Water Rats eXpress Tryouts

               The Windsor Water Rats Express Swim Team is looking for some more Water Rats.  The team will hold tryouts on Wednesday and Thursday, October 9 and 10 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. for interested children. 

                Children as young as five years old are welcome to join the team.   Prospective swimmers should come to the pool at Windsor High School any time between 5 and 6 p.m. on October 9 or 10.  The swimmers will then have the chance to show coaches their expertise in the various swimming strokes.   All swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool.  They will find out right away if they made the team.   Team members will practice from October through February and will compete in several swim meets against nearby towns. 

                Swimmers should come to tryouts with a swimsuit and a towel.  Swim caps and goggles are helpful, but not required.
