Volunteer(s)

The Good Works Project helps unemployed workers find jobs and we need several volunteers to help with a variety of tasks.

It could be data-entry, attending job fairs and explaining our services to job seekers, presenting candidates to area employers. If you're into technical stuff you might develop a web site for us. It's all up to you - whatever you're good at that we need.

If you're available one or two days or half days, per week, we can work around your schedule.

Here's what you need: Good written and oral communication skills and a desire to do something socially significant. You should also be the kind of person who has a sense of urgency and likes to make things happen.

Sound like you? Then call Pete at 860-640-0098

The Good Works Project is a ministry of Wesley United Methodist Church
