Reap Street Art Productions will hold their Fourth Annual Rough Around the Edges Art Exhibition on Saturday, September 21, from 3-7 pm on Broad St. in Windsor. Fifty percent of the money raised from this one-day art and music event and the Silent Auction Benefit will be donated to Hartford’s Community Renewal Team’s National Arts Program.
